What do we do?

E&T Consulting partners with organizations to recognize and dismantle oppressive behaviors, policies, and systems. We provide customized support for social impact initiatives through facilitated team development, strategic planning and values alignment, and equitable policy development. Our primary goal is to equip organizations with the tools and strategies needed to advance equity and lasting change.
